How can I track my shipment?
You can check the status of a shipment by logging into your customer account. All you have to do is enter the order number and the e-mail address you used when you placed the order. If you have an IT STYLE account, you can also access your account in the "Orders" section. Next to your order, you will find the link to the tracking page of the shipping company. If you have any problems with a shipment, you can always contact our carriers.
My shipment is not tracking properly: what can I do?
If you tried to track your shipment but had problems, please note that the lack of tracking information could be due to - a delay in updating the tracking. Sometimes, during the first phase of the shipment, an intermediate carrier, whose tracking information is not available on the site, could be used; - the shipping method does not allow tracking. If the expected delivery date for your order has passed and the order details page does not show any tracking updates, we recommend waiting a day or two for the package to be delivered.
How do I contact the carrier?
If you have a tracking number for your order, the carrier will give you more information about the status of the shipment. When you place an order, enter your phone number and shipping address. If there is a delivery problem, the carrier may contact you if they feel it is necessary.
My shipment is delayed: what can I do?
If you have placed an order and you think the shipment is delayed, we invite you to check how many days have passed since the order was confirmed. Please keep in mind that the expected days for shipping are usually 3 or 4. You should consider the date the products were shipped as the date from which to count the days.
My shipment is delivered but I haven't received anything: how is this possible?
Most orders are delivered on time and without hiccups, but sometimes it is possible that the shipment status is "delivered" and you have not received your package. In some cases, the carrier delivering your package will be able to provide you with more information about the status of the shipment.
If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered and you have not received it:
If other people live with you at the same address, check to see if the package was delivered to them or if they refused delivery.
If you live in a condominium with a concierge service, check to see if the package is at the concierge.
Check to see if a delivery notice for your shipment was left in your mailbox. Follow the instructions on the delivery notice for more information on how to pick up and redeliver the package.
When will I receive my package?
Overall delivery times are calculated by adding order preparation times to shipping times.
Preparation time: orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day, if they are placed before 10:00 am, or the next business day, if they are placed after noon. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping times: deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. Point Relais: 4-5 business days; Swiss post: 5-6 business days; UPS: 2-4 business days; TNT: 1-2 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
If you have placed an order on the ITSTYLE Cosmetics website and you wish to return one or more of the products you purchased, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. If you return the item as shown here, you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the returned product, including shipping costs for the most economical shipping method offered by ITSTYLE Cosmetics incurred to receive the product. Note: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you. Products must be returned intact, unused or damaged. Sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been opened after delivery, or products that result, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products, cannot be returned.
